Thank you for your continued support during online learning - we hope you and your families are keeping safe and well.

We are working closely with authorities to prepare for a safe return to campus, with updated procedures and strengthened safety measures in place. While a reopening timeline has not yet been confirmed, we will keep you informed as soon as there are updates. We are truly grateful for your partnership during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back to campus when it is safe to do so.

Our Parent Teacher conferences are set for next Thursday, April 16th and Friday, April 17th, and will be online.

Times will be 10am – 3pm Thursday and 8am – 12pm Friday.

The meeting purpose will be to discuss progress even though progress reports may not be completely finalized.

April 16 and 17 will both be asynchronous school days and details will be shared by relevant departments. EC/Elementary will have a short class call at 9am on Thursday and then transition to PTC.

You can sign up for PTCs from Monday. Signing up is done through Tidal on PowerSchool. Please watch the video below on how to sign up for a meeting with your child’s teachers. If you are having trouble logging in to PowerSchool, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If your PowerSchool is blocked due to fees, please make every effort to contact Finance for resolution.

Get ready for a fun reading challenge! Complete a Reading Bingo board by completing the activities listed in each square.
Your goal: Get 5 in a row - this can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.

Instructions:

1. For each activity, take a clear photo of yourself with the book you are reading.
2. Once you get Bingo, take a picture of your completed Bingo sheet showing what you crossed off.
3. Upload pictures to your grade level folder. EC and Elementary – your teachers have shared the link with you in their newsletters. Secondary – find your grade level links in Lunch on Canvas.

Important:

• Your photos must clearly show you and the book you are reading.
• eBooks count too! You can show your device with the book on the screen.

Term 3 tax invoices have been sent to all parents in compliance with FTA guidelines. Please note that they reflect only the charges and/or adjustments related to the third installment. Kindly disregard this invoice if payment has already been made.

Term 3 tuition fees were due on 01 April.

Payment can be made through the Skiply app, direct deposit, or bank transfer.

*During the extended online period, the Finance Team will be at school on Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 2pm each week to resolve any account queries and receive tuition payments.

Our Art teachers have an (optional) Earth Day competition for grades 3-8! Please see all the details in the posters, and students can submit their entries by Monday, April 20th.
