School online, MAP testing results, Well-being webinar & survey, fees installment
March 25, 2026
Dear Parents,
A belated Eid Mubarak to all who celebrated last week!
Well done to all on our first week back after Spring Break. As we continue with online learning, thank you for your flexibility as we have adjusted schedules and continue to navigate best practices for our students. We are also working closely with the authorities about how to eventually return to school safely.
Please note the information and dates below, and please take a couple minutes to fill out the Parent Council
survey if you haven’t already.
MAP testing results
It seems like a long time ago, but MAP testing is finished and student reports are available on PowerSchool for parents to access.
Please log into your parent account, select “DocBox” and find your most recent report.
You can also view the guides on how to read and understand the report, available in various languages:
Fees installment
Term 3 tax invoices have been sent to all parents in compliance with FTA guidelines. Please note that they reflect only the charges and/or adjustments related to the third installment. Kindly disregard this invoice if payment has already been made.
Please also note that the amount is due on 01 April.
Payment can be made through the Skiply app, direct deposit, or bank transfer.
Well-being webinar
A reminder of the workshop recorded for your convenience about how to help your child/teen thrive online! If you have any questions after watching the recording, you may email those to Ms. Ilse (ilse.stutzman@tws-rak.org) or Mr. Josh (josh.perkins@tws-rak.org), or set up an appointment to meet individually over zoom with a follow up conversation.

Digital well-being
Our Parent Council is collecting data on digital well-being. When you take part in this survey, it will help us better understand how children are using digital technology at home, how parents and caregivers experience and manage this, and what kind of support might be useful for students and parents.
We are interested in your honest perspective, based on your child and your household.
Your response is confidential and used only as grouped data information to help us design future guidance, resources, and support for families around healthy digital use.
Admissions season
Admission for the 2026-27 academic year is officially open! If you have any family members or friends who are interested in joining WellSpring for the new academic year, please have them contact us, or they can apply on our website.
A balanced life
Tips from the Nurse:
- Sleep is one of the most important factors that help us to stay healthy. A three year old may need 12 or 13 hours of sleep a night. As children age, their need for sleep decreases. A 13 year old may only need 10 hours of sleep.
- Get your rest, stay healthy and learn well!
- Take a step to screen time balancing.
End of year Calendar
Looking at the end of year dates, July 1 will be a half day of school and July 2 and 3 will be kept for make-up exams.
The new school year for 2026-27 will begin on August 31. We will communicate the full school calendar once we have officially received all the school dates.
