Dear Parents,

There is a lot going on and lots to look forward to! We are ready for our first day of PTC happening this afternoon. We are getting very excited for our 10 year anniversary celebration, see all the details below. Our students have been winning awards, we have an opportunity to participate in the charity Terry Fox run, and of course we have the National Day celebration coming up on the 20th.

Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC)

Today is our first day of PTC. We’re looking forward to having you on campus to meet your child’s teachers.

Sign-ups for PTC will open again tonight after 8pm if you are still wanting to sign up for Tuesday’s PTC. Signing up is done through Tidal on PowerSchool. Please watch this video on how to sign up for a meeting. If you are having trouble logging in to PowerSchool, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

You may bring your child to join the PTC if you would like; otherwise, they will need to stay at home as there will be no childcare available.

Gate 14 will be closed so please park and enter the school from gate 12.

No Clubs on PTC days

Please note that there will be no Clubs today, November 7th and Tuesday, November 12th due to the PTCs those afternoons.

Tomorrow is our first activity for the year: RAK National Museum visit
Friday, November 8th
We will meet in front of Gate 12 at 9:10 AM. We will move by our own cars at 9:20 AM and be back at school by 11 AM.

10 Years celebration

We have the pleasure to invite you and your family to join our 10 Year celebration on Friday, November 15th from 4 to 7PM.

We will gather as a community to socialize and interact with all our families as we celebrate 10 years of success, and to recognize students and staff who have been here since the opening of WellSpring. It will be a picnic style event - bring your picnic blanket or chairs, and a meal to share with your family!

There will be various games and activities for both students and parents!
Food & beverage stalls will be selling pizza, sandwiches, coffee, ice cream, cookies, cakes, cotton candy, popcorn and more.

We’ll have an ice cream truck, a petting zoo, bouncy castles, face painting and henna.

There’ll be a Book Exchange Desk where you can donate/exchange books.

This is an event open to our school families, students and staff – we’re so excited to get together and have fun as a community!

RAK Terry Fox Run 2024

Athletics: game dates (and changes)

There have been a few changes to dates. The basketball games will happen on the following dates:

18 November -
Girls U16 Basketball vs RAKA U16 and U18
Boys U18 Basketball vs RAKA U18.
21 November -
Boys U18 Basketball vs RAKAM U18.

UAE National Day celebration

WellSpring's 53rd National Day celebrations will be held on Wednesday, November 20th. We are excited to have families join again this year. You can be part of the celebration and participate by bringing different items from Emirati culture or bringing Emirati food for our students to enjoy.
