Pet parade

While learning about pets, our KG1 classes brought their favorite 'pets' to school - mostly stuffed animals and even a toy Hulk. They each had a turn to show off their 'pet' by walking it in a parade past their friends. This was also a fun way to build courage and confidence in the young students.

Self-defense class

Learning self-defense has many benefits, including improved physical health, increased confidence, and improved situational awareness.
Our grade 9 and 10 girls attended a self-defense class at @base.rak. After a vigorous warm up, they were introduced to some real-life scenarios and effective countermeasures.
The girls were also taught basic boxing techniques using gloves and punching bags. 🥊
A huge thank you to BASE for the fun and informative experience, and for inspiring our girls to be prepared.
