Highlights of the Week, August 29

Orientation day

Monday morning was set aside to receive just our new students and our 6th graders (all new to Secondary). The afternoon was a back to school orientation for all our new and returning students and families.
Parents and students were introduced to teachers, dropped off their school supplies, visited their new classrooms, connected with new and old friends, got loaded onto our Learning Management System - all essential to starting the new year confidently.
We're ready and expectant for another great year at WellSpring!

First day of school

The first day of school was a success! We loved seeing all our students again and we're excited for the year ahead!

Child Safety training

In addition to all our teaching and administrative staff, last week our cleaners and bus drivers underwent Child Safety training. We believe every child has a right to be protected from harm and maltreatment, and that everyone has a responsibility to support the protection of children.
We are passionate about keeping the children in our school community safe.
