Dear Parents,

It’s hard to believe we’ve almost come to the end of 2023! Looking back over these past months, we are grateful for a positive start to the academic year and we want to say a big thank you to our families for contributing to such a successful beginning. So far, it’s been a year marked by growth as we continue to have high expectations of our students, always encouraging them to stay curious, have courage and value connection.

Ride for Unity

We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Ride for Unity in their event where they are cycling all seven Emirates in seven days! Ride for Unity is a non-profit organisation spreading the message of unity, diversity, sustainability, inclusion and tolerance through the means of sport. On January 9th, 2024 they will be cycling to WellSpring to spend some time with our students.

High School musical:

Peter Pan Jr.

We’re very excited for our High School musical taking place mid-January!
Come and support our musical students and be entertained by this musical classic.
Tickets will be available after the winter break.

Co-curricular activities

Co-curricular activities begin the first week after winter break, from January 2nd. Have a look at the MS or HS Lunch courses on Canvas for more details about the Clubs and Athletics for Term 2. This information can be found under ‘Schedule.’

Quality for Life awards:

Curiosity

Students from Pre-K to Grade 12 were recognized for displaying the quality of Curiosity last month. EC and Elementary students received their certificates during assembly and Secondary students will be awarded theirs tomorrow. Well done to all!

Health topic for December:

Being aware of lice

Tips from the Nurse:

Keeping our students free from lice is very important to us. If a student is found to have an active case of lice, he/she is sent home for treatment with detailed directions. The child will be allowed to return to school the next day after the nurse checks for lice.

Winter break dates

Tomorrow, Friday 8th, is the last day of school before winter break. School will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd.
