Dissecting chicken wings

Chicken wings are coincidentally very similar to the human anatomy of an arm! 💪🍗
Our Health & Wellness students dissected chicken wings to see how muscles, tendons and joints work together - an interactive (and memorable!) way to connect classroom learning with real-life anatomy.

Qualities for Life: Connection awards

Last month we focused on Connection, one of our 9 Qualities for Life. Connection is defined as 'treating others with honor and dignity'.
Students who displayed the quality of connection were recognized during assembly.

World Teachers' Day

On October 5, the world celebrates teachers - the people who shape minds and build futures. This year’s UNESCO theme, “Recasting teaching as a collaborative profession,” reminds us that learning thrives in community.
