Field trip to SOEX

Our Elementary Leadership Team and Secondary Student Council members went on a field trip to SOEX, a textile company that recycles used clothes and shoes.
The students learnt about the problem of textile waste, how the plant receives tons of donated/waste clothing each day, sorts it out, resells the clothes in good condition and recycles the remaining.
Students were involved in sorting materials (separating the textiles from the plastic), checking clothes for defects and sorting clothes based on their material type.
This is an initiative by our student leadership teams for our upcoming Sustainability Month.

Student photography workshop 📸

We were delighted to host a Canon Photography Workshop for our students, where they had the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of using a DSLR camera. After an introduction to the basics, they put their new skills into practice by exploring and capturing their own photos. To wrap up the session, each student selected their top two shots to print and take home.

Book Character Dress Up Day!

During Reading Month we have many fun, reading themed activities. Today was Book Character Dress Up Day! Our students and teachers went all out with their brilliant costumes.
