Our mystery reading teachers were finally revealed! There was a lot of reading done this Reading Month - by students and teachers alike!

Visiting author

Some more Reading Month highlights - we had guest author Ms. Toyin Akanni who came in to read to our Early Childhood and Grade 1 students from her books "Barki the Brave" and "Barki and the Forest Fire". Ms. Toyin brought her stories to life by letting the children be involved in the telling.
Both books explore bravery, kindness and empathy, and introduce children to the idea of animal conservation and environmental awareness in an engaging way.

Quality for Life awards

Those students who displayed the quality of Discernment during March and the quality of Humility during April were recognized and awarded certificates at assembly (some awards were delayed because of the rain days). Well done students!
