Senior Presentations, Fine Arts, and 2025-26 Calendar

It’s been a busy week with the Z-to-A countdown starting for our EC, Grade 1 and 2s, can you believe there are only 21 days left of school!? The senior presentations took place yesterday and today. Thank you to all the parents who came and supported their children and friends. Keep an eye on some important dates throughout the letter, as there are many end-of-year events taking place in the coming weeks. At the end of the letter you'll see some important updates the dates of secondary exams and graduation.

At WellSpring, Character Education is a vital part of who we are and what we value. We believe that true education goes beyond academics, athletics, and fine arts—it’s about developing the whole person from the inside out. Character is the foundation of who we are and who we are becoming. Through ongoing reflection on the LifePlus 9 Qualities for Life, students are growing in character. They are becoming individuals who Learn, Love, and Lead with confidence and humility.

One of the most powerful moments of the year is when our seniors share their personal journeys in their Senior Presentations. These presentations offer a meaningful glimpse into their character growth using the LifePlus 9 Qualities for Life. The students reflect and share their deep transformation that has taken place during their time at school. It is always an inspiring reminder of the importance of nurturing not just minds, but hearts and lives.

Students in KG2 to grade 10 have been taking their Spring MAP tests this week. MAP is an international test in 4 subjects (English, Math, Science, and Language Usage) that helps students see how they are growing and learning. Students review their previous MAP scores and reflect on how much they have grown from their previous tests. Teachers use the new MAP data to better plan lessons for students to help them grow even more.

Parents will also be able to view their children’s MAP score reports on PowerSchool once they are released. We encourage you to review these reports to see how your child compares to international benchmarks and to celebrate your student’s growth!

The Elementary and Secondary End of Year Fine Arts Celebrations are coming up. Information like dress code (per grade) and times have been communicated to parents and students on Canvas – please make sure to check the music announcements!

The concerts will take place in the WellSpring auditorium, followed by art exhibitions that can be viewed around the auditorium.

• Elementary celebration: Thursday, May 29 at 1:30pm (note the time change)
• Secondary celebration: Wednesday, June 4 at 2pm

Re-enrollment is open for academic year 2025-26. Re-enrolling promptly helps us plan effectively for programs, teachers, and resources for the next academic year. Please follow the steps below in order to complete your enrollment:

Step 1: Re-enroll on PowerSchool

• Login to your PowerSchool
• Click My Family's Details at the top left of the menu bar
• Verify and fill in the necessary details.
• Click save at the bottom right.

Step 2: Payment

• Pay the AED2000 re-enrollment fee per child.
• This payment is fully refundable until July 15th by sending an email to finance before the deadline.

Please note: we have a few grades that are filling up quickly and/or have limited space for next year. The sooner you can complete re-enrollment, the more likely there will be space for you next year.
